03 Nov 2011 - At the EGM held after the club night the constitution was adopted.

13 Mar 2011 - At the AGM 12th Mar 2011 it was decided to move the club AGM to the first Saturday in September.  Subscriptions for the period  March to September 2011 have been set at £5 and will be reviewed for annual subscription at the next AGM which is planned for 3rd September 2011.  Subscriptions are now due.

13 Mar 2011 - The adoption of the draft constitution was postponed to the next AGM
